ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur legacy office opened on January 1, 2015, and our second office followed on October 1, 2022. Our team consists of 12 total members. Tenured team members enjoy a 36-hour workweek, with 'Flexible Fridays' and a $2800 health insurance stipend for full-time employees. Additionally, we offer an Annual Incentive Plan, where full-time team members can earn annual bonuses ranging from $2500 to $7500 based on team agency metrics.In 2023/24, our team developed our 'Core Values,' which reflect who we are as an agency. We are also quite active on social media, where our impact in the community is evident.ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Karl Herman - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
